Our Providers

John G. Haeberle, MD

Dr. Haeberle is a Board Certified Family Physician who has been apart of our practice since 2009. He relocated to Laramie from Kearney, NE where he worked in a private practice for 12 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. He attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE where he received his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Haeberle completed his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and Kearney, NE. In 2015 Dr. Haeberle was awarded Board Certification with the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. He enjoys riding horses and hunting.


Darren L. Mikesell, DO

Dr. Mikesell is a Board Certified Family Physician who joined the practice in 2008. He came to Laramie from Rawlins, WY where he was raised. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Wyoming in 1999, and from there went to the Western University of Health Sciences / College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pamona, CA. Dr. Mikesell completed his residency at Utah Valley Family Medicine residency program in Provo, UT before returning to Wyoming in August 2008. Dr. Mikesell enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, golf, and spending time with his wife Frances, and their six children.


Andrea Habel, MD (Annie)

Andrea Habel (Annie) graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine (WWAMI Program) and completed her residency at the University of Colorado Swedish Family Medicine in Denver. She is also a current active member of the Wyoming National Guard. Annie is a Board-Certified Family Physician who is ready to offer her expertise in all aspects of medicine! She can treat and care for any patient in any stage of life.  In her spare time, Annie spends time with her husband and two boys enjoying the outdoors and everything our slice of heaven has to offer.

 


Nicole Alexander, PA-C (Nicki)

Nicole Alexander (Nicki) is a Certified Physician Assistant originally from Fremont Nebraska. She joined our team in 2015. Nicki is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2012. Her background includes work in an Emergency Department in the Omaha, NE metro area and at an Internal Medicine Clinic here in Laramie, WY. In her spare time, Nicki enjoys hiking, skiing, fishing (most outdoor activities!) with her two kids and husband.


Christina Cook, PMHNP

Christina Cook, DNP, is an is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who assesses and treats adults and young adults with depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and personality disorders. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Wyoming School of Nursing and Health Science.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at University of Wyoming, and her bachelor’s degree in nutrition at Colorado State University. In her spare time, she enjoys working with her husband and son, on their family ranch, north of Laramie Wyoming.


Chelsea Raymer, DNP

Chelsea Raymer, DNP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner & Laramie native. She graduated from the University of Wyoming’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2015. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of a variety of health conditions. She treats patients of all ages, including adults and children. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys camping, crafting, traveling, & spending time with her husband and two children.

Drop in during the clinic hours of 4:30-6:30pm and have one of our providers look at any skin areas that you are concerned may possibly be cancer.
